REFUND POLICY
We require a Cabrillo College Bookstore purchase receipt for any refund.
Unless defective, all items must be in original condition (as purchased).
Course Materials
Course materials from the FALL 2010 Textbook List purchased after August 16 are eligible for full refunds through SATURDAY, Saturday September 11, 2010.
Course materials purchased September 11 through September 24 must be returned within 3 business days of the date of purchase.
The last day to buy fall course materials is September 24; course materials purchased after September 24th are nonreturnable.
Items with opened CD envelopes will only be accepted as returns at the used price.
We accept on-line returns either in-store or shipped back to us. If you ship back to us, we will not process the refund until we have received all pieces of the returns.
You must include a copy of you purchase receipt with the order. We will not refund shipping costs. It would be easiest to simply return your order in-store.
